     How Strong was the Effect of the Gettysburg Address?               The Civil War was spot as the state of war that caused many problems to the United States of America. The North and alignment were divided in two. Slavery, owning land, and money caused them to separate. The North host was the fusion (led by General Ulysses S. Grant) and the south was the Confederates (General Robert E. Lee). The most famous employment (the skirmish of Gettysburg) had the most effect because of the one few-minute speech: the Gettysburg Address.  The strife of Gettysburg in Pennsylvania had a big effect on the armies. In that one battle, the North lost 23,000 men and the mho lost 28,000 men. The North won and General Lee took his multitude back to Virginia. He had lost about a trio of his army in one day.                   Four months later, on November 19th, 1863,  hot seat Abraham Lincoln visited t he site of the Battle of Gettysburg. He knew he had to gauge something about it.
